We are seeking an active individual who not only understands the specifics of the Site Supervisor role but also has a strong desire for continuous development. This position is not just a job, but a crucial role within our company. Your contribution will be instrumental in our success and that of the entire team.
Position responsibilities:
- ensuring the compliance of the executed works with the design doc
- ensuring the established schedule meets deadlines;
- controlling the quality of the works;
- controlling work discipline on-site;
- keeping records of the volume of work performed, preparing technical and execution documentation;
- keeping work journals;
- participating in on-site meetings.
Required Education and qualifications:
- university degree in construction;
- technical-professional certification as a site supervisor;
- at least five years of experience in the field;
- knowledge of technological procedures for carrying out work;
- experience in coordinating and organizing teams of workers;
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Category B driving license.
