Vicoliv Grup Construction Company is expanding and seeking a new colleague to fill the Financial manager position.
We are looking for a colleague who will take the appropriate place within the company’s structure and work for the benefit of the company and the entire team.
Position objective:
To provide management with objective, real-time information regarding the company’s economic and financial activity, including strengthening internal processes to optimise expenses.
Position responsibilities:
- analysing data and preparing financial forecasts;
- monitoring economic and industrial developments by analysing existing information;
- developing recommendations regarding investments;
- preparing action plans for investments based on financial analyses;
- conducting a comparative analysis of securities in a specific industry;
- preparing reports on general economic trends;
- creating monthly and annual reports; presenting results, trends, and financial forecasts;
- reviewing all financial reports and data to verify discrepancies with the planned budgets;
- gathering and processing necessary information for periodic centralisations;
- monitoring document flow;
- supporting the preparation of the annual revenue and expense budget;
- performing other duties essential within the financial accounting department.
Required Education and qualifications:
- university degree in economics, finance, or accounting;
- minimum of two years of work experience in a similar position;
- procedural knowledge in the field;
- advanced understanding of 1C software and Microsoft Office Suite;
- analytical and problem-solving skills in the field;
- organisational and planning abilities;
- attention to detail and accuracy;
- strategic thinking;
- results-oriented person;
- ability to make effective decisions and meet deadlines.
Required citizenship and qualifications:
- citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;
- proficiency in Romanian and other official communication languages;
- full legal capacity;
- high intelligence, responsibility, and standards;
- Full-time availability.
