Architects, engineers, project verifiers, technical supervisors, site managers, and technical experts will now follow updated procedures for professional certification. The Cabinet of Ministers approved these changes at the beginning of November 2024.
The new regulations define clear qualifications and minimum experience requirements for each role, ensuring that only well-trained and experienced professionals operate in the field. In addition, all certified specialists must participate in continuous training programs to stay current with industry developments. This thorough and mandatory process is designed to prevent stagnation and improve long-term quality across the sector, providing security to all involved.
By implementing these measures, authorities aim to monitor professional development in construction better and ensure higher standards for the services provided.
