Vicoliv Grup, a leading construction company, is expanding and looking for a new team member to fill the position of Cost Estimation Engineer.

Position responsibilities:
- identify and monitor public tenders relevant to the company;
- prepare documentation for participation in public procurement procedures;
- develop project budgets and related cost estimates;
- produce detailed lists of materials, labor, equipment, and transport needs;
- prepare monthly work statements and progress reports for completed works;
- collaborate with site teams to ensure alignment between on-site progress and office documentation.
Required education and qualifications:
- university degree in construction or a related field;
- strong knowledge of construction and installation execution procedures;
- familiarity with public procurement legislation;
- proficiency in MS Office and WinСмета;
- excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
